Vote APR Sung Coin

I haven't sent out poems in quite a while, but did get a letter today from Elizabeth Scanlon @ the American Poetry Review accepting one of my poems from my manuscript. This is the first time I've ever submitted to APR and I love the magazine, so I'm pretty excited!

I'm finally back on track and writing poems again, albeit only a handful here and there. I have ideas for several different projects, most of which I will start after I graduate this June from Bennington. Until then, I'm focusing the majority of my concentration on packet work, reading, and revising my graduate lecture on the contemporary ekphrastic. I love working with Ed Ochester. He sent me a coin in my last packet from the Chinese Sung Dynasty dating back to around 960 AD and looks something like this. I think I'm going to put it on a necklace.
